The EVs show up. The grid doesn't.

Events, track days, construction sites, disaster zones, roadside recovery — EVs go where permanent infrastructure can't. And permanent builds take 12–18 months.

What you get

Power where you need it, when you need it.

A turnkey, portable charging asset you can redeploy. Battery on board (powered by UpGrid BESS), DC fast chargers on board, grid tie optional — all coordinated by UpGrid OS.

Turnkey deploy

Drop. Deploy. Charge. 30-minute setup from arrival, with one operator.

BESS onboard

200 – 1,000 kWh of LFP, sized to session volume. Stand up at any site, grid or not.

Grid-optional

Tie into any 480V service when available; the battery buffers so your meter stays flat.

Any platform

Trailer, truck, container, or custom skid — your host, our charging core.

Form factors

Adapts to any vehicle or trailer.

Same charging core, different skin. The onboard DC fast chargers come from the same CW family used in fixed depots — 60 to 350 kW, OCPP 2.0.1, CCS1 + NACS. We engineer the host platform to your spec.

FAQ

Mobile EV charging — questions operators ask.

If we missed yours, a 30-minute call with our engineering team will answer it.

Can one mobile unit really serve a full event or fleet day?
Depends on the battery size you spec. A 400 kWh trailer serves 4–6 350 kW sessions per charge, or 12–20 light-duty sessions. With a grid tie (even 50 kW), the unit recharges between sessions and can run continuously.
How fast is on-site setup?
30 minutes typical, one operator. Level the unit, drop the ground pads, deploy the dispenser arms. The battery is always warm — no cold-start ramp. First EV can plug in as soon as the arms are extended.
Can I tie into grid power when it's available?
Yes. A 50 kW tie-in roughly doubles effective daily throughput; 200 kW brings it to about 4× battery-only. The onboard battery buffers the grid draw so demand charges stay flat below 50 kW. Standalone, a 400 kWh unit serves 12–20 light-duty sessions or 4–6 heavy-duty 350 kW sessions per charge.
Which trailer or vehicle platforms do you support?
Standard single- and tandem-axle trailers up to 14,000 lb GVW, truck beds from Class-5 through Class-8, ISO 20-ft containers, and custom skids. Integration to a new host platform takes 6–10 weeks of engineering — we spec to your vehicle's payload, balance, and duty cycle. Bring your own host and we match unit footprint, weight, and mounting to it.
